Beginner Reformer Pilates

A perfect introduction to the reformer, helping you build strength, improve flexibility, and master Pilates foundations in a supportive environment.

Beginner Plus Reformer Pilates

Not a total beginner but not quite intermediate? This class bridges the gap, focusing on core strength, posture, and fluid movement. To join our Beginner Plus Pilates class, we kindly ask that you have completed at least 4 Beginner-level classes first. This ensures you’re familiar with the foundational movements and can safely progress with confidence.

Intermediate Reformer Pilates

A dynamic, total-body Pilates workout designed to build strength, endurance, and mobility while improving technique. To join this Intermediate class, you’ll need to have completed at least one of the following:

✅ 8 Beginner classes, or ✅ 4 Beginner classes plus 3 Beginner Plus classes

Advanced Reformer Pilates

A high-intensity session for experienced clients ready to refine technique, enhance endurance, and challenge their control. To join this class, you must have completed at least 10 Intermediate classes. This ensures you have the control, strength, and technical understanding needed to safely and confidently progress into more advanced movement. If you’re unsure whether you're ready, feel free to speak with your instructor – we’re always happy to guide you.

Weekend Energiser Reformer Pilates (Intermediate)

A high-energy Pilates session designed to start your weekend feeling strong and refreshed. To join this Intermediate class, you’ll need to have completed at least one of the following:

✅ 8 Beginner classes, or

✅ 4 Beginner classes plus 3 Beginner Plus classes

Sunday Reset Reformer (All Levels)

A restorative, slow-paced session focusing on deep stretching, breath work, and mobility to refresh your body and mind for the week ahead. We recommend attending at least 1–2 Beginner classes before joining to ensure you're familiar with the basics.

Lunchtime Express Reformer Pilates

A 45-minute full-body workout designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, and boost energy in a short and effective session. This class is open to all levels, but we recommend completing at least 2–3 Beginner Reformer classes before joining. Because this is a shorter session, there's less time for detailed reformer setup and key techniques.

Prenatal Reformer Pilates

A safe and supportive class for expecting mothers, focusing on mobility, strength, and breath.

Mummy & Baby Reformer Pilates

A gentle postnatal class designed to rebuild strength, restore the core, and improve posture while bonding with your baby.

Prosecco & Pilates

AA high-energy, fun-filled reformer Pilates class with a sparkling twist! We kick things off with a glass of Prosecco before class, and finish with another one to celebrate your workout.

This vibrant, social session is all about getting fit while having fun — whether you’re bringing friends or coming solo for a feel-good buzz and a sweat! It’s suitable for all levels, including beginners. While we do recommend completing 2–3 beginner classes beforehand to get familiar with the reformer, it’s absolutely not essential — just come ready to move, laugh, and toast to your effort!
